Quintinha da Cachadinha is a local accommodation located in Gemieira, Ponte de Lima, Portugal, consisting of three independent houses ? Casa da Lua, Casa da Paz and Casa do Sol ? with shared outdoor spaces and amenities.

3. Reservations and Stay Conditions
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Quintinha da Cachadinha.
After completing the reservation, the guest will receive an email confirmation with the details of the stay, applicable prices, and payment conditions.
Quintinha da Cachadinha reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in exceptional situations, namely in case of incorrect information, non-compliance with the established conditions, or force majeure.
4. Payments

The reservation may require partial or full prepayment.
5. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel or change their reservation, without any additional cost, up to 10 days before the check-in date.
After this period, in case of cancellation, change of reservation or no-show, there will be no refund of the amount already paid.
We recommend that guests carefully check the dates and details of their stay before confirming the reservation.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM and Check-out until 11:00 AM. Special requests are subject to availability.
Valid identification may be requested at check-in, as required by Portuguese law.
7. Guest Responsibility
Guests agree to preserve the accommodation, equipment, and common areas in good condition throughout their stay.
Quintinha da Cachadinha prioritizes a tranquil environment in contact with nature, therefore we request respect for other guests, neighbors, and rest hours.
Any damage caused during the stay may be attributed to the person responsible for the reservation.
8. Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior communication and approval by the accommodation.
Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet's behavior, hygiene, and any damage caused during their stay.
